Getting A Project Started

Your Inspiration

Our Creation

You have an idea for some visual, but you need our production muscle and expertise. We will modify your content specifically for your mission needs.

Starting With VIOS

The Visual Information Ordering System (VIOS) is how we start to track your project. You enter some of the basic information about the project or specific service needed, and we start estimating and researching.

As a general goal, we aim to respond within 48 hours of submission

Estimating and Defining

Once the order is in the system, we need to look at all of the factors to create it. It can be a simple sign all the way to a complex multi-stage training video. Every job is treated as a custom order, so we consult with you and our artists to nail down the specifics of your order.

Approval of Funding

We use Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPR Funds) to pay for the project. All of our equipment and supplies are government owned, and the cost is our contracted labor and materials. Once the funds are released, we create your project.

Working with the Team

Your designer, live team member, photographer, or video crew will coordinate and send appropriate updates and notify you of progress as the project progresses. In some instances, changes are approved and work continues to completion.

Completion and Delivery

The project completes with deliverables to you the customer when work is satisfactory or the conclusion of the event. In VIOS, the work order is completed and a final status is sent. We thank you for chosing the EMC for your project needs, and hope to work with you again.
